DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and follow-up care.
Manage chemotherapy and infusion treatments, including patient monitoring.
Collaborate with nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and support team to coordinate patient care.
Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with dietician, social work, and pharmacy.
