Assistant Manager-Worcester, MA

The Car Wash Assistant Manager is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations under the manager. The assistant manager performs light administrative duties, manages labor and talent management during their shift, and meets the customer service needs. The assistant manager ensures that all quality standards and businesses policies are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards for customer service, profitability, and car wash quality
• Address customer service concerns
• Promote a high energy environment in the workplace
• Ensure all car wash equipment is performing correctly and efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance to all car wash equipment when applicable
• Drive membership sales to promote business growth
• Ensure a safe, clean and friendly site appearance to customers

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience (required)
