Plumber

Skilled Trades Partners is currently seeking a Licensed Plumber for a full-time opportunity with an established plumbing company serving customers within approximately a 20-mile radius of Worcester, MA.

Pay: $42–$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Position Details

• Position: Licensed Plumber
• Pay: $42–$55/hour
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Service Area: Worcester, MA and surrounding areas (approximately 20-mile radius)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Overtime: Plenty of opportunities for OT
• Weekend Work: Additional weekend work is often available
• On-Call: Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required
• Work: Residential plumbing services and replacements

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and replacements
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Install, replace, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Participate in the company’s rotating on-call schedule

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License required
• Residential plumbing experience
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• CORI check required
• Must be available for the required rotating on-call schedule
• In-person interview required
