Job PurposeÂ
Understand, predict, and enhance material planning using analytical and quantitative methods. Support purchasing, scheduling, planning, and operations by assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations.Â
Essential FunctionsÂ
• Coordinate and synergize activities to improve performance in logistics and inventoryÂ
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance in logistics and inventoryÂ
• Maintain bin counts and reconciliation of inventoryÂ
• Serve as a key backup for inventory and logistics coordinatorsÂ
• Manage freight deliveries and ensure product has been received as promisedÂ
• Lead efforts to maintain accurate records in SAP systemsÂ
• Manage SAP discrepancies, working with warehouse, production, and controller to coordinate data integrity; correct all discrepancies, coordinating timely ingredient delivery from 3PL companiesÂ
• Work with production and inventory to close orders promptlyÂ
• Follow up on order process errors; correct errors and work to prevent recurrenceÂ
• Perform reconciliation of SAP inventoryÂ
• Perform daily SAP transactionsÂ
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training; maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; and report any injury, accident, or unsafe condition immediately to supervisory staffÂ
• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and proceduresÂ
• Perform other job-related duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)Â
• High school diploma or equivalentÂ
• 1-3 years of SAP inventory and logistics/supply chain support experienceÂ
• Experience with outbound/inbound freight coordinationÂ
• Knowledge of business office and supply chain operationsÂ
• Knowledge of logistics and transportationÂ
• SAP knowledge including experience with SAP systems and transactionsÂ
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and other computer applicationsÂ
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsÂ
• Excellent communication skillsÂ
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and multi-task to complete shortand long-term projectsÂ
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
