ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Direct/facilitate the design ofdistribution (<600V to 35kV) systems
- Ensure client standards and applicable designcodes/specifications are met
- Manage drawing development workflows andCAD-based design operations, ensuring alignment with project goals, qualitybenchmarks, and team performanceÂ
- Mentor/train junior staff to promote teamgrowth, skill development, and knowledge transferÂ
- Ensure QA/QC standards for the department tomanage risk, and ensure quality outcomes
- Build/maintain client relationships to ensure long-termpartnerships and meet business goalsÂ
- Manage tasks between multiple departments to optimize taskexecution across teams, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met/exceededÂ

QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical or electricalengineering or engineering technology.
- 10+ years of experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)Â
- Proficient AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Line DesignSoftwares (O-Calc, SPIDAcalc, or DDS)Â
- Experience designing electrical distributionphysical structures, routing, equipment specifications, and wiring
- Ability to comprehend/interpret safetycodes, utility standards and regulationsÂ
- Expert-level analytical and organizationalskills with a focus on solving problems that impact quality, budget,and risk
- Ability to manage cross-functionalcollaboration, align teams, and ensure project success across disciplinesÂ
- Exceptional communication skills
