Financial Assistant - Part Time

We have an excellent opportunity for a Part time Financial Assistant in our Mountain Top, PA manufacturing location.
Summary:
This position is responsible for performing various aspects of credit, debit, and credit memos, along with various other Accounting tasks as requested
Responsibilities/Principal Duties:

• Coordinate and complete sales tax exemptions in Vertex
• Review and assist with debit & credit memo requests
• Assist with credit applications and credit references daily
• Complete any customer requested billing forms, including lien releases, requisition forms, etc.
• Complete any other Accounting related tasks as required by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of (4) four or more years experience in Billing in the Manufacturing or Construction industry required. 
  
• Associates degree in Accounting or higher is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
