What You'll Do
- Run dedicated OTR team routes (TX → FL → OH and back)
- Safely transport and deliver products on time
- Load, unload, and secure freight to prevent damage
- Pick up product from customers and Avanti locations
- Perform routine vehicle and trailer safety inspections
- Utilize ELD for accurate hours-of-service tracking
- Support warehouse and delivery operations as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL (Class A) and acceptable driving record (MVR)
- Ability to meet FMCSA requirements (391.11)
- Comfortable running long-haul team routes
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude
- Willingness to work 10+ hour shifts and stay on schedule
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 75+ lbs occasionally
- Team lift up to 175 lbs (windows & patio doors)
- Push/pull carts exceeding 500 lbs
- Use proper PPE when handling materials
