About the Opportunity

Audi Wynnewood is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive finance professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability.

As an integral part of our sales team, the Finance Manager will guide customers through the financing and vehicle protection process, build relationships with lending partners, and ensure a seamless and transparent vehicle purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to arrange vehicle financing and leasing options.
• Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP protection, and vehicle protection plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending institutions.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate and completed in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection to delivery.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed established departmental sales and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and F&I products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
• Professional appearance and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
