Automotive Sales Consultant

Compensation Range: $60,000 – $100,000 annually

Audi Wynnewood is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our team. If you are passionate about automobiles, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by providing an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the pre-owned vehicle purchasing process from initial contact through delivery
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
• Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles based on customer needs and preferences
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and showroom inquiries
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership CRM processes
• Stay knowledgeable about vehicle features, inventory, pricing, and available options
• Work closely with the Sales, Finance, Service, and Management teams
• Ensure every customer receives a professional and personalized experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Retail, luxury, or high-end sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
