Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment in Vietnam who is seeking an experienced candidate.

Strategic Planning & Business Management
  • Advise senior management on the development of business strategies, operating models, and commercial plans for healthcare service and healthcare real estate operations.
  • Develop and implement overall business plans, revenue targets, and development directions for the Center and its healthcare service facilities, ensuring alignment with the Company’s long-term and short-term strategic objectives.
  • Recommend appropriate management models, organizational structures, workforce plans, and operating mechanisms to ensure effective governance and alignment with the Company’s value chain.
  • Develop and recommend commercial policies, including pricing, incentives, discounts, and flexible service packages, based on market developments and the Company’s competitive advantages.
  • Support the development of domestic and international partnerships, including engagement with strategic partners, healthcare brands, and wellness service providers seeking to expand their presence in Vietnam.
  • Advise on the development and optimization of healthcare facilities and service locations, including functional planning, space utilization, technical requirements, operating efficiency, and appropriate investment solutions.
Business Planning & Operations
  • Develop operating plans, revenue targets, and growth directions for the healthcare business, ensuring effective resource utilization, cost optimization, and sustainable commercial performance.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue, operating costs, and business performance across individual sites and business units.
  • Recommend adjustments to operating models, commercial policies, and business structures based on performance analysis and market conditions.
  • Oversee the implementation of pricing policies, business programs, and service standards to ensure financial efficiency, service quality, and operational consistency.
  • Direct and monitor pre-opening, opening, and post-opening setup and operational activities for healthcare facilities, ensuring stable and effective operations.
  • Supervise the implementation of standard operating procedures, service standards, and healthcare operating processes.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to organize training and capability-building programs for medical, technical, customer service, and operational teams.
  • Oversee the resolution of issues related to service quality and customer experience, ensuring timely handling and appropriate corrective actions.
People Management & Development
  • Assign, organize, and monitor employees’ work to ensure productivity, quality, and effective utilization of human resources.
  • Evaluate employee performance objectively and fairly, identify improvement areas, and provide appropriate development plans.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional guidance to employees while developing individual capability and career development plans.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees and establish appropriate talent development and succession plans.
  • Build a professional, collaborative, accountable, and performance-oriented working environment.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties and assignments relevant to the position and business function as directed by senior management.

Requirements

Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Relevant professional certifications in healthcare management or healthcare operations are preferred, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Professional Experience
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in business management, business development, market development, strategic partnerships, or healthcare service operations.
  • At least 8–10 years of management experience in an Executive Director, Operations Director, or senior management position within hospitals, international clinics, healthcare centers, wellness centers, or comparable healthcare service organizations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing healthcare business or cooperation projects in Vietnam is required.
Industry Knowledge & Expertise
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare service industry, particularly models such as hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, medical centers, and healthcare-related service ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare-related legal and regulatory requirements, quality management standards, and operational standards applicable to healthcare facilities.
  • Understanding of healthcare service trends, customer behavior, medical and wellness technologies, and modern healthcare equipment.
  • Knowledge of service quality standards and risk management frameworks applicable to healthcare operations is an advantage.
  • Understanding of healthcare facility licensing, regulatory compliance, quality control, and relevant operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of healthcare business finance, including P&L, CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, and investment efficiency.
  • Understanding of service pricing, customer segmentation, cross-selling/up-selling, and healthcare service commercialization models.
Professional Skills
  • Ability to develop and optimize healthcare service products by translating technical and medical requirements into commercially viable service models.
  • Strong capability in market analysis, customer development, business planning, and commercial solution development.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial relationship management skills, particularly with healthcare partners, major brands, and strategic customers.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, resolve conflicts, and handle service-related crises effectively.
  • Ability to design and standardize healthcare operating processes and SOPs, ensuring consistency across service delivery, consultation, examination, treatment, and customer care.
  • Ability to implement and optimize specialized management systems and software such as HIS, EMR, and CRM.
