Our client is making revolution for houses and realizing green, energy-saving architecture who is searching for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Research, consult on, and propose technical solutions for the design of groups, clusters, columns, and building facades in accordance with project requirements, technical standards, and the Company’s product orientation.
- Review, evaluate, and verify technical documents, drawings, and Shop Drawings to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and consistency throughout project implementation.
- Provide technical consultation to project teams on material selection, structural solutions, technical specifications, installation methods, and handling of technical issues arising during implementation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, including Planning, Design, Manufacturing, and Construction, to resolve technical matters and ensure project quality, schedule, and overall efficiency.
- Research and propose new materials, technical standards, processes, technologies, and engineering solutions within the relevant technical field.
- Participate in the development, completion, and standardization of technical procedures, standards, design libraries, and technical documentation supporting the Company’s operations.
- Assess and provide technical support throughout manufacturing, construction, and commissioning activities, and propose alternative solutions to improve product and project quality.
- Participate in the development, improvement, and standardization of products and technical solutions to optimize functionality, aesthetics, material usage, and cost.
- Prepare technical reports, provide progress updates, and perform other duties assigned by the Technical Department/Division Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Construction and Engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a management or team leadership position.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in applying the Law on Construction and relevant regulations.
- Solid understanding of the Company’s products, construction materials, technical standards, installation and construction requirements, and manufacturing technologies.
- Good ability to interpret technical drawings and documents, provide technical solutions, conduct research, and contribute to product improvement and development.
- Strong skills in project implementation, management, work evaluation, and reporting.
- Good communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Professional, responsible, disciplined, and compliant working attitude.
- Basic to intermediate English reading comprehension is required.
- Proficiency in relevant specialized software and technical tools used for the job.
