Role Overview

Must be based in Northeast US - major hubs or remote areas around (New York, Philadelphia, Boston, etc.)

Managers at Acumetis are client-facing leaders responsible for driving project delivery, managing teams, and strengthening client partnerships. You will operate as a day-to-day engagement lead, ensuring high-quality execution while shaping strategic direction and delivering measurable impact for clients.

This role requires strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Project Delivery

  • Lead client engagements end-to-end, managing multiple concurrent workstreams and ensuring delivery excellence

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted, long-term relationships

  • Oversee development of client deliverables including business cases, therapeutic landscapes, launch strategies, and strategic frameworks

  • Translate complex operational, clinical, and financial insights into clear recommendations for executive audiences

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor consultants and analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support

  • Drive effective team execution by structuring workplans, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring quality control

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment aligned with Acumetis values

Patient Services & Operational Excellence

  • Lead vendor RFP/RFI processes, including strategy, evaluation, scoring, and selection

  • Oversee hub, specialty pharmacy, and vendor implementations, including call center operations and data integration

  • Direct development of SOPs, BRDs, workflows, and governance frameworks for Patient Services programs

  • Support contracting process with HUB, SP, and 3rd party vendors

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma methodologies)

  • Support detailed vendor data integration strategy, process mapping, and implementation

  • Drive Patient Services Program efficiency by supporting evaluations of program operations and opportunity identification to drive efficiency and speed time to therapy

Financial & Strategic Management

  • Support financial modeling and forecasting across copay, PAP, trial, FRM, and Patient Services programs

  • Ensure alignment between strategic recommendations and financial/operational feasibility

  • Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies

Business Development & Firm Contribution

  • Contribute to new business development through proposal development, opportunity identification, and client expansion

  • Support thought leadership initiatives and development of innovative, client-ready solutions

  • Actively contribute to internal capabilities, knowledge sharing, and practice growth

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced life sciences degree preferred

  • 5–7+ years of management consulting experience within the life sciences industry

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and managing client engagements

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills

  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven storytelling

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in Patient Services, market access, or commercialization strategy strongly preferred

  • Project Management certification is a plus
