As an Assistant Program Director, you'll play an important leadership role in supporting our Community Developmental Services (CDS) programs and the individuals and families we serve.Working closely with program leadership, you'll help oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop team members, ensure compliance and quality standards are met, and strengthen collaboration across our Family Support and Individual Support programs. Demonstrated leadership, program development, and staff management skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills. Proven ability to make sound decisions, exercise good judgment, and solve problems independently. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). CPR/First Aid Certified (or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe). Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively.
