DAY SERVICES SUPERVISOR - Treatment Coordinator – Adults w/ IDD

The Arc of Westchester, a leading non-profit Social Services provider in Westchester County, seeks two Supervisors/Treatment Coordinators for its site and community-based Day Programs for adults with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities.

The ideal candidates must be energetic, hands on, organized and creative in order to develop and coordinate site and community based independent living supports to active adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Westchester.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively participate as a team member in order to develop services that assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to become as independent as possible. This includes assisting individuals to move towards employment in the community.
• Ensure compliance to all regulations.
• Supervision of staff and day-to-day operations in the community and on site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field required.
• Valid NY Driver's License for at list 2 years.
• Minimum 1-year experience with I/DD.
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel in community with own vehicle
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations preferred.
