Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver therapy services in a fully remote setting. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients virtually, evaluating mental health needs, setting treatment goals, documenting sessions, and supporting long-term progress. This is a practical clinical role for someone who wants to focus on counseling, client outcomes, and consistent care delivery in a telehealth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients with a range of mental health concerns
  • Perform intake assessments and establish clinical goals
  • Create individualized treatment strategies and revise them as needed
  • Keep clear, organized, and compliant progress notes
  • Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavior change
  • Recognize crisis situations and respond according to protocol
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical and legal standards
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations
  • Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
  • 2 weeks PTO
