Job DetailsJob Location: GEORGE STREET - YORK, PA 17401Position Type: Part TimeFamily First Health believes that healthcare is more than just a person's physical health and works to improve the lives of the individuals we serve across our seven physical site locations in Adams, Lancaster, York, and Lebanon Counties.   Family First Health operates using an integrated service model, and our LCSW, LPC, LMFT providers work alongside our medical providers to provide mental health treatment in a primary care setting. The LCSW, LPC, LMFT offers consultation to the medical provider to provide brief intervention services and symptom management for conditions commonly found in the primary care setting (Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Stress, Substance Abuse, etc.).
