Gas Station Manager

The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the  gas station and convenience store, ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable business performance. This position provides leadership to all store employees, manages cash handling and financial controls, oversees inventory and vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Station Manager may occasionally cover cashier shifts when needed by operating the cash register, assisting customers, and handling cash transactions. Additionally, the Station Manager is responsible for preparing bank deposits, supervising inventory receiving and processing, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a productive and accountable work environment.
