Sonic Summary

Automated Health Systems is hiring full-time temporary and regular remote Call Center/Customer Service Representatives.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment, preferably with knowledge of health/human services and Medicaid.
The positions offer a salary of $15 per hour and include benefits such as 401(k), Paid Time Off, and a comprehensive employee wellness program.
Applicants are required to pick up equipment on their first day at the Pittsburgh, PA location and must have strong PC proficiency.
A High School Diploma/GED is required, with an Associates Degree in social or behavioral sciences preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assisting individuals with information and support regarding benefits.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
