Shift Information

Day shift Monday-Friday

Pay Rate 
$3120 total weekly gross - $78/hour ($35/hour W-2 taxable , $43/hour non taxable stipend)

The PT will work M-F in the 40 hours/week, five 8-hr days . 
 EPIC EMR is used. At least two years of current experience with pediatrics rehab is required as this PT will cover an existing caseload of 50 patients. BLS required. Ohio license and registry required
