Production & Packaging Associate – $11/Hour to Start | $15–$16 After 90 Days

FULL-TIME | 1ST & 3RD SHIFT | ENTRY LEVEL | NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Looking for an easy way to get your foot in the door with a manufacturing company? WSB Solutions is hiring Production & Packaging Associates for a very light, entry-level position. No previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is required. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work, we will train you!

Starting Pay: $11.00/hour
After 90 Days: $15.00–$16.00/hour based on performance
Shifts: 1st & 3rd Shift Available
Job Type: Full-Time

The first 90 days are your opportunity to show us what you can do. Employees who successfully complete their first 90 days and demonstrate good attendance, reliability, a strong work ethic, and quality performance will receive a significant pay increase to $15–$16/hour, based on their performance during those first 90 days.

After 90 days, employees also become eligible for many full benefits, giving you the opportunity to turn an entry-level position into a long-term job with better pay and benefits.

• Perform very light production and packaging tasks
• Package and prepare products
• Inspect products for quality
• Follow simple work instructions
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow safety and production procedures
• Work with your team to keep production moving

No experience necessary! This is a fully entry-level position, and training is provided. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is helpful but not required.

Start at $11/hour, prove yourself, and work toward $15–$16/hour after 90 days, based on your performance. You'll also have access to many full benefits after 90 days.
