About the RoleÂ
Join our team as a Store Processor where you'll play a crucial role in processing and preparing donated goods for sale in our thrift stores. This position combines warehouse operations, merchandising, and mission-driven work to support The Salvation Army's community programs.Â
Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Sort, tag, and price merchandise according to established guidelinesÂ
- Track and report production numbers in assigned locationsÂ
- Move processed merchandise to sales floor for display or to designated shipping locationsÂ
- Maintain clean work and storage spacesÂ
- Meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stockingÂ

What You'll Need to SucceedÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
- High School Diploma or currently pursuingÂ
- Strong English communication skills for team interactionsÂ
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systemsÂ
- Basic math skillsÂ
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and eveningsÂ
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress codeÂ
- Must pass pre-employment background checkÂ
- Reliable and team-oriented mindsetÂ

Physical RequirementsÂ
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds – regularly or occasionally Â
- Capability to stand for extended periodsÂ
- Ability to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as neededÂ

Pay Rate:Â $15.00 per hour
Status: Part-time - up to 28 hours per week
Shift: 9:00am-2:00pm (hours may vary)
