Are you looking for a new role within outbound sales?Do you want to join a company with excellent commission structures and bonus scheme?Then this Outbound Sales Advisor role is for you…The companyThis is an opportunity to join an established Financial Planning company who have modern, open plan offices in Ayr.

The team here provide a unique range of services that are designed specifically for people aged between 50 and 75 years' old across the UK. Their aim is to help them to successfully plan for their future and looking after their health and finances. As such, it's necessary that the successful candidates will be comfortable in speaking with potential customers regarding services such as Power of Attorney, Wills and Funeral Plans.

The roleOutbound Sales AdvisorThe role of Outbound Sales Advisor will be based in the offices in Ayr, however after all training is complete the option for hybrid working will be available to the successful candidates.

You will be part of an established team, and working with a company with a proven record of future planning for over a decade. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:* Make outbound calls to potential customers to discuss the services that they provide* Explaining the Features and Benefits of the products to customers* Answer any questions the customers have on the services* Arranging face-to-face appointments for customers with the sales representatives* To provide excellent customer service to all customers at all timesThe training involved will be 3 days classroom based, with 2 additional days listening to calls on the sales floor.

After training is completed you will then join the Grad Bay until signed off to make calls on your own.

It's after this point that the option for hybrid working will be made available.

About youThe role of Outbound Sales Advisor will rely heavily on building rapport with customers in order to successfully promote the services of the company, so you will be friendly with a confident manner. As this is an outbound role, you will be resilient and motivated to meet targets.

Previous experience isn't necessary, although would be advantageous, as full training is provided. For us, the most important thing is the character and attitude of the candidates. You need to be friendly, confident and empathetic. In return, the successful Outbound Sales Advisor will receive:* A base salary of £18,000, which will increase to £19,500 after probation (which can happen in as little as 3 - 6 months depending on performance)* Hybrid working environment after training is complete* Working hours of Monday to Thursday 11am - 8pm and Friday 10am - 2pm* The option of overtime is available on Saturday's 10am - 2pm, however this entirely optional* Excellent training providedShould you have the relevant experience, and are immediately available for interview and start, then please send your most recent CV showcasing your relevant experience now for immediate consideration.
