The successful candidate will provide administrative support at office and site locations, ensuring the smooth running of the business or department. They will collaborate with employees (at all levels) and take part in the planning needs of the business/department.

Key responsibilities;
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from clients and/or tenants for reactive and/or planned maintenance workLiaise with Reactive Engineers issuing reactive and planned maintenance worksRecording and reporting Engineers findingsPreparing reports for Senior QS for invoicing purposesOrdering materials and supporting the team with quotes and contract renewalsCoordinate and implement office proceduresUse a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office & 3rd party products, and bespoke products such as Propeller, Asite and document management tools and internal databasesCreate and maintain electronic / paper document management, including photocopying, printing and scanningPrepare documents such as letters, reports, presentations and spreadsheetsOrganise meetings including management of electronic diaries, ordering refreshments, sending invitations and taking minutesWe would welcome applications with the following skills;
FM Project Administrator, Facility Management, Reporting, IT Literate, MS Office, Propeller, Asite, Document Control, Office Duties, Administration, Admin, Communication, Construction.

Essential SkillsAbility to demonstrate a good level of general education to GCSE standard in Mathematics and English (or equivalent)NVQ 3/4 or equivalent, or a willingness to learnExperience of working as an administrator in a busy office environment preferably in a M & E OfficeExperience with a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office & 3rd party products such as Propeller, Asite, document management tools and internal databasesAbility to work as a multidisciplinary team, establishing good working relationships at all levelsDemonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrate strong time management skillsWork independently and act on own initiative, (proactive and forward thinking)Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects on time and to a high standard, working to tight deadlines and under pressureProblem solving attitude with eye for detail (attention for detail)Desirable SkillsIntermediate to advanced IT skills in MS office and PropellerAbout CompanyEstablished in 1897, Seddon has come a long way growing from a small family business to a national company employing over 700 people.
