Howells are working with one of the country's most successful Housing Developers to recruit a Senior Site Manager deliver a Prestigious 10 year development over 5 phases in Cambridgeshire.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join an established team delivering award winning new build homes. The current phase is 400 units area a mixture of apartment blocks and traditional build development consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.

The successful Senior Site Manager will take the project from groundwork's through to completion reporting directly into a Contracts Manager. With the support of the Contracts Manager, you will ensure that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities. Providing full support with great communication, training and personal development

Qualifications/Experience

• The role requires a confident leader with a proven track record in site management coupled with vast experience from within a volume house building environment.
• You will possess the skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours to ensure compliance to build along with high safety standards.
• You must have an up to date CSCS card (black management card), along with current SMSTS and FAW.
• Other qualifications such as BTEC or an NVQ in Site Management would be an advantage but not essential as a full training package is available. Full UK Driving Licence also required.
