Emergency Call Handler
HRGO are currently recruiting for an Emergency Call Handler on behalf of a Public Sector health organisation based just outside Chelmsford. These roles are an immediate start with permanent opportunities for the right candidates. They offer on site parking so are ideally located for candidates within Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
Hourly Rates: Daytime rate is £10.40, Nights and Saturdays £13.62, Sundays and Bank Holidays £17.05Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern covering the service 24/7 with a mixture of days, lates and nightsDuties Include:Provide a professional service to members of the public via the telephoneUtilise the software provided to prioritise calls as soon as possibleProvide advice to callers as directed by the clinical triage softwareDealing with challenging calls with poise and remaining calm and professionalCandidates require:Calm and confident telephone manner4 GCSEs at grade C or above including EnglishStrong keyboard and IT skillsBe willing to have an Enhanced DBS check undertaken
