Job Details: Office Administrator£20,000 - £22000* Depending on experience City of London - Office BasedFull time, permanent 09.00am - 5.00pmJob Spec: Supporting the Office Manager and consultants with general administration and secretarial dutiesBased on the front of house desk, overseeing all office management duties Booking and preparing meeting roomsDiary and inbox managementEvent managementUpdating the paper and electronic filing systemsDealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondenceTravel booking, scheduling meetings and arranging couriersCollating reports and recordsSupporting the team with any general administration duties Requirements: Previous administration experience is requiredOpen to experience from various industriesStrong MS Office and IT skillsMultitasking, organisation and prioritisation are very importantOur client is seeking a positive, enthusiastic and motivated candidate who will fit into their warm, family feel, sociable and down to earth team.
