I am currently looking for a Health and Safety Manager to work for my client of a permanent bases. Client DetailsMy client are a global Real Estate and Property service company who are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Manager to work in their City of London office. DescriptionThe key responsibilities of Health and Safety Manager are: To manage all aspects of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance Monitor & analyse internal management systems To develop and support the delivery of SHEQ policies and processes Working closes with the Operational management team to ensure a health and safe working environment Conduct accident and near miss investigations To develop and implement policy and processesRegularly liaise with clients and corporate bodies with the aim of building partnerships Management of supply chain and budgets Consistently managing major installation projects ProfileThe successful applicant for the Health and Safety Manager role: Most have worked in a similar role Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills Has experience working within the FM industryAble to work well within a team Experienced in dealing with difficult clients and building relationships Experience in development and implementation of policy and processesHas a passion for Health & SafetyPosses a high levels of self-accountability and the ability to finish projectsExcellent time management and organisation Trained in First Aid at work IOSH Managing Safety NEBOSH (or equivalent)Job OfferThe successful applicant for the Health & Safety Manager will be required to work 40 hours per week.
