Senior FM Consultant Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy are now seeking to recruit a Senior FM consultant as they continue to expand their Facilities and Asset Management consultancy team. Their consultancy work consists of: FM strategic reviews Candidates will ideally have some experience of working in an FM Consultancy or SPV, with experience of procurement, auditing supply chain performance, compliance and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, competent I.T skills and good written and oral communication skills. This role offers a salary between �45,000 - �60,000 plus an extensive flexible benefits package, lots of continuous development and support, plus the chance to work for a leading FM Consultancy and a great team.
Up to �60k depending on experience, plus various benefits.
Can be based anywhere in the UK, home based with occasional travel

Auditing PFI/PPP contracts
Procurement exercises for FM services, developing and drafting appropriate Tender documentation, such as PPQ's, ITT's, etc.
