Recruitment Account Manager

As an Account Manager at KPI Recruiting, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates from our Crewe Office.

The clients are all existing clients, there are no sales involved in this role.

This is a fast-paced role working with a lively, great team!

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to customer service from a recruitment background, innovative, with a focus on service for our clients.

As a Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Working both onsite and in the office with our clients (driving licence is required)
• Resourcing candidates to fill vacancies
• Maximizing the use of job boards and social media to attract candidates
• Updating the internal systems 
• Supporting payroll and administration

Hours of work : 5am - 1pm OR 1pm - 7pm

What will you bring to KPI?

Experience in Account Management in a recruitment capacity would be prefered but not essential, all experience will be considered

Strong communication skills with a zest for life is essential!
