Service Desk / 1st Line Service Desk Support
The opportunityHarvey Nash is currently working with a leading independent clinical and compliance service organization in the UK.Due to the growth of their business, they are in need of 1st Line Service Desk Support to help provide and assist their staff with common IT services. This role is a great opportunity if you are looking into breaking into an IT role as training and support will be providedThe roleBe the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional service to meet customers needs.
Provide first line support by diagnosing / resolving incidents and escalating incidents.
Provisioning of laptops and smartphones. Prepare devices for new starters and for replacement. Who you'll be:Experience supporting Office 365, Windows 10 and Microsoft Teams will be desirable.Use of Service Desk Plus is desirableGood communication skillsThe office is located in Richmond in Yorkshire, so you may be required to visit the office occasionally (Richmond)The role is remote until covid restriction allows for in-office work.
