We are recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based in Burton on Trent. This a permanent position with will turn into a hybrid role once training in the Burton office has been completed. You will be expected to attend the office 2/3 a week as required. They have and extensive UK & European customer base of clients, which is expanding every month so you will enjoy the additional benefits of growing with the business.
The Role of Office Administrator will include, but not limited to:-Preparing sales documentation for customersSales Administration using the CRM systemPreparing and managing electronic uploads/downloadsSystem HousekeepingBasic Credit controlHelping to prepare sales/purchasing reports on a weekly/monthly basisDetails of Office Administrator:-Hours of work: 08.
30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch breakSalary: £21000kpaLocation : Burton On TrentDuration: PermanentRequirements of Office Administrator:-At least 2 years of Administration experienceBe well organisedExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience of working on a CRM and basic accounts packageHave a friendly telephone mannerBe a team player with good communication skills but at the same be able to work unaided.
