Underwriter

Due to incredible business growth, a Doncaster based Financial Services company require Underwriters to join their team. Full training will be provided for administration or customer service candidates with the right attitude and care for customers. If you are currently in an Underwriting role, this is a great opportunity to work for an employer that really cares about their employees. The hours are 9-5, but will involve working Saturdays and taking a day off in the week (flexible to your requirements). You will also occasionally work 10-6. Your team will sit within the Head Office - this will give you great exposure to different teams and divisions meaning as an Underwriter you will learn so much! This is a great development opportunity for an Administrator/Customer Service professional with excellent communication and organisation skills.

Full time and Part time available!

Your duties as an Underwriter will include, but are not limited to:
* Processing customer proposals and underwriting them in line with company policies and procedures
* Liaising with dealer partners regarding the outcome / decisions of a proposal that has been underwritten
* Processing customer documentation, and other any ad-hoc administration duties required


The right person to join this team will have the following attributes:
* You will highly accurate, and ensure you take ownership of everything you do from start to finish. You must also be confident making important decisions independently, you will be given lots of responsibility and the chance to make important decisions in this role
* Excellent communication skills are required for this role -you may be liaising with customers, dealers along with various internal stakeholders
* You must also be willing to work Saturdays and take one day off in the week (day off can be completely flexible around your own personal requirements)
