Gold Group is a highly progressive, technical recruitment organisation based in East Grinstead, West Sussex and we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to come and join our team.

The Client Delivery Team here at Gold Group focusses on a number of the business' key clients forging partnerships and ensuring a high level of service, delivering to their recruitment needs. Due to our continued success, individual progression and growth, we are on the lookout for a new Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to be a part of a fully established, faced paced team.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer will include:

• Contacting candidates, predominantly via telephone and discussing new opportunities in line with their profiles and client requirements, building rapport and creating lasting relationships
• Identifying candidate profiles using our internal database, job boards, LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Creating and maintaining a candidate pool, keeping up to date with industry news and relevant information
• Gaining market intelligence
• Generating leads
• Posting job adverts

What experience you need to be the successful Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer:

• An engaging telephone manner with good conversation skills
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have the ability to prioritise and plan your workload
• Ability to adapt to an often demanding and fast paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Self-motivated and organised
