The company are one of the leading providers of conveyancing services in the UK and require the Customer Relations Advisor to maintain their high standards of service by dealing efficiently and professionally with any complaints or issues.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. On offer is a basic salary of £21,000.The main duties of a Customer Relations Advisor are;
Resolving any service issues and complaints both verbal and writtenPrioritising tasks based on urgency and complexityLiaise with partners to provide a satisfactory responds to customersResolve technical case customer related issuesReport and flag into any ongoing or major issues to the Operations ManagerLiaise with other departments to ensure minimum service failures, engagement improvements and limit complaintsTake part in team meetings to share learning and improve processesPrepare and maintain written complaintsTo apply for the role of Customer Relations Advisor;
