White Goods Service Manager - South West We are a professional, specialist appliance repair company who work closely with all leading Manufacturers. We are responsible for servicing customers throughout the UK and are proud to call ourselves one of the largest by achieving excellent customer service.
Due to expansion, we are now seeking to recruit an Area Service Manager within your location! Key Responsibilities: Managing a team of field based engineers within your local area a long side using your hands on experience to also repair White GoodsMonitoring & setting KPI's for all field engineers delivering the highest levels of repairPassing on in-depth technical knowledge, managing performances and delivering resultsMeeting customers, possessing excellent customer service skillsField based positionEssential Qualifications / Experience:Relevant experience working within the white goods / domestic appliance industryMinimum of 5 years' experience within the industry as a senior engineerRelevant electrical experience fault finding and repairing appliances: washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration and cookers.
Domestic ACS gas CCN1, CKR1 and F Gas Qualifications (would be an advantage)Full Driver's LicencePackage:Basic Salary depending on experience: from £40,000Monday - Friday 40 hour working week22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (increasing to 25 days after 5 years of service)Private Pension and Sick Pay SchemeUniformCompany van - This can also be used for personal use!
