We are FIND - three friends and Recruiters who came together to launch FIND in September 2021 after a combined 20 years in the corporate agency world. We’ve all been around the Consulting, Human Capital, Apprenticeship & Learning space for a long time – we’ve built a business that’s outperforming all expectations we had pre-launch.

We’re 9 months in, having so much fun & want to appoint two excellent Recruiters to join us on the journey!

We’re currently at 4 heads- three Directors and a Talent Partner.

We will hit 10 heads by 2023 & need: Aspiring leaders, people who ‘just want the day job’ (there’s nothing wrong with that!) and people who will challenge & inspire us to be better.

What are we proud of?

• We’ve filled 115 Perm jobs in 9 months, smashing all targets we set at launch
• We’ve supported 38 separate organisations win exceptional Talent.
• Our purpose – to change the perception of staffing businesses. We aren’t perfect (yet!), but our purpose keeps us focussed on delivering an exceptional experience to all our stakeholders.
• We run a referral scheme (both client & candidate referral) and we’ve paid out loads of referral fees & charity donations already – it’s super humbling that people are so willing to recommend us!
• Feedback & community support – to recruiters reading this, we haven’t proactively prospected for any clients, they’ve all approached us. We’re super proud of how the business has been built.

Who are we and what do we do?

We’re in the Human Capital market – we specialise in the Training, Learning, Technology Learning, Apprenticeships & Employability sectors – providing a full end talent solution from Entry-level Hires – Exec Appointments.

FIND provide Contingent Recruitment, Executive Search and Talent Mapping & Pipelining. We’re currently finalising our year 2 service proposition and we’ve got some exciting stuff to share soon!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for future leaders of FIND. Recruiters who aspire to run their own division and build out their own team.

• Experience in a Technical market – this could be technology (IT, Software, Cloud or Data), eLearning, EdTech or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of the opportunities in this space with support to grow your own division servicing this vertical.
• Experience in both Perm & Contract recruitment  
• You’ll be client-centric, experience obsessed and passionate about great recruitment.

Desirable: As we grow, we’re looking for an EDI Lead. This will be someone who is super passionate about EDI and how we can develop our service to ensure we’re helping customers access more diverse talent.

You might not be the EDI expert today, but passion in this space would be awesome!

• Holiday – we have a minimum policy. Our colleagues must take 30 days leave (plus Bank Holidays!)  
• Flexible working – we get it, life is busy. We don’t mandate a 0830 – 1730 working day
• Location – if you want an office, we’re in Elan House – Fareham. Work from home (or Portugal!) if you prefer.
• Commission – We’re a perm business. You’ll get between 25%-35% of your fees with a small (fair!) threshold
