Temporary GP Receptionist - GP Surgery in Gillingham, Kent

I am working with a number of GP Surgeries in Gillingham, Kent, that are looking for Locum Receptionists/Administrators to join them on a temporary contract basis for the next few months, with the potential to be ongoing.

About the Role:

• Front of house role, answering calls, booking appointments, general admin duties
• We have a range of shift timings and patterns available, from 15 to 37.5 hours per week.
• Monday - Friday
• 10:30pm - 18:30pm
• ASAP start
• Starting at £10.50p/h – negotiable DOE
• 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to be ongoing
• EMIS
• Surgeries are based in Gillingham - free parking is available

About the Individual:

• The postholder will have at least 6 months of current experience, working within a GP Practice
• Experience using EMIS Web is essential
• It is essential that you have high standards of written and verbal English as well as an excellent phone manner
• You must also be able to demonstrate intangible skills such as Patience and common sense
