Linear Recruitment has an great opportunity for a Site Manager to work on a New Build Housing scheme in Halifax.
A growing high spec housebuilder working throughout the Yorkshire region.
Site Manager Role:
They are wanting to recruit a hard-working, self-motivated, conscientious, and competent individual who will be responsible for all aspects of site management including the management of onsite labour, progress meetings with the site team and enhancing relationships and provision to clients.
A crucial aspect of the role is managing the facades.
About you:
CSCS black card
SMSTS
First Aid Certificate
Experience working on similar projects - New build residential homes.
Excellent knowledge of H&S
