My client, a leading company situated within the construction sector, are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their busy and growing team based in Hemel Hempstead. 

This role is a full time, and permanent position, with a salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum and the opportunity to add to that in commission, where you could bring your total yearly salary to £45,000 per annum!

Theyre a fun, but hard-working team with high standards, so youll be highly motivated, tenacious, hungry for sales, organised and have previous experience working towards stretch targets. 

Youll be someone who has been a high performer in your current or previous sales roles and ideally worked in the B2B space for at least three years, as well as a confident individual who enjoys building rapport, managing client relations, and proactively seeking new opportunities. 

Sales Executive Responsibilities Include

· The management of inbound enquiries and customer visits

· Dealing directly with customers and the delivery of exceptional 5* customer service

· Ensuring the CRM system is updated to track sales leads and pipelines

· Key Account management, to maintain relationships and drive repeat business

· Outbound warm calling to potential new customers and proactive research to seek out potential new customers

· Industry research to improve their technical capability

· Attending external events and suppliers

Required Skills & Experience:

· Youll be tenacious & hungry attitude to sales

· Excellent written & verbal communication

· Ability to work well within a team

· Ability to organise and deliver results

· Clear and confident telephone manner with Inquisitive and positive nature

· Excellent numerical skills

· Confident using Microsoft 365 Office software and experience working with CRM platforms

· 3 Years B2B sales experience preferred

· A confident and pro-active nature, so youll be always looking for Solutions and ways to improve

· Youll be Self Motivated and have a passion to go beyond Expectations
