Machine Operator

Textiles Manufacture based in HD8 are currently looking for machine operators to run their latex carpet backing machines on either SET NIGHTS or SET DAYS shift.
This role includes checking for imperfections and reporting them, use of machinery and working to deadlines.

Working Hours:
SET NIGHTS - Monday - Thursday 18.00pm-06.00am
or
SET DAYS - Monday - THURSDAY 06.00am-18.00pm

NO WEEKENDS or FRIDAYS (3 day weekend every week)

Pay Rate:
Nights Rate - �12.40
Days Rate - �10.77

Requirements:
* Ability to learn quickly and willingness to work efficiently and a drive to improve continuously
* Good communication skills
* Good time management skills
* An ability to work on your own initiative
* The ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure
* To work well as a part of a team and communicate with other workers
* Positive, "can do" attitude is crucial
* Latex/Coating experience would be beneficial
* FLT or BOOM license beneficial
