PA to Directors - exciting start up - amazing growth plans
Are you an experienced PA/EA who wants to work for a forward thinking and fast growing start up? Working with two extremely busy Directors, your days will be fast paced and will involve handling multiple tasks.
You will be office based in LS1 to allow you to work face to face. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is vital as this role will mean you need to be organised and assertive. As well as Financial Services, the environment is Sales based so has a really lively atmosphere.My client is a company working in the financial services sector, however this isn't your usual stuffy finance company.
A group of fun like minded individuals with offices in LS1, growth now means that the Directors require a PA to support them with organisational and administrative tasks across the group of companies.
PA RequirementsStrong administration and organisational skillsExperience of using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and ExcelDiary managementExperience in an Administration positionAs PA you will be responsible for the following duties:Managing two Director's diariesBooking meetingsAnswering all incoming calls to the business and taking messagesOrganising materials for meetingsProducing PowerPoint presentationsMeeting and greeting visitors to the businessDealing with emails on the Director's behalfProducing reportsAssisting the Operations Manager with organising company events and HR administration tasksProviding support with invoicing tasks Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
