Management Accountant

My client an Internationally successful organisation in the software industry are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join their established team based in London in a hybrid working role.

Responsibilities:

• Across UK, Canada and Sweden subsidiaries
• Posting bank transactions and preparing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis
• Maintaining fixed asset module to include recording new assets, disposals, transfers, monthly depreciation and reconciling to balance sheet
• Post monthly journals including but not limited to accruals, payroll, prepayments
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Monthly cashflow reporting to Parent company
• Reconcile Netsuite to Timelog on a monthly basis
• Raise weekly pay runs
• Reconcile external supplier accounts
• Ensure credit cards are reconciled monthly
• Assist Group Finance Manager with revenue close as required
• Analytical review of P&L against budget and prior year on a monthly basis
• Manage and track commission claims from sales reps for payroll
• Assist with audit requests
• One direct report
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Studying towards ACCA/ACA or CIMA
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Netsuite
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience of month end close process
• Ability to analyse financial data
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
