With exclusive properties, our client has a massive influence within a niche in the industry that is not to be found anywhere else.Business Development Manager – The Role:Having made a clear impact and success in the Property Investment market, the business is growing at a great rate and is looking to expand their team.

The newly created position of Business Development Manager is the perfect opportunity for someone to come into the business and help drive growth through sales and building relationships with clients. Our client is looking for an individual who is seeking the chance to progress their career with a company who really looks after their employees and has a work hard play hard culture.

Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:- Ringing through a database of warm leads to close deals- This is an office-based role with occasional travel across London- Take part in presentations dedicated to securing sales, using remote tools or presenting in person at Investor Evening events- Adhere to company KPIs and work directly towards reaching monthly sales targetsBusiness Development Manager - Experience Required:- Industry knowledge is not essential but experience of selling a high value / product or service to high-net-worth individuals would be an advantage- Experienced in closing deals and managing sales through a pipeline- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role- Ability to consistently hit targets and push yourself to overachieve at any possible opportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, determined, and looking for the next step in their sales career.
