Our prestigious client is seeking for an experienced Administrator to the join their team in their London site. This is located near Barbican/Farringdon area.This role is an office based role- no remote working available.Its essential the successful candidate has strong IT and technical skills as its supporting technical team with formatting documents etc.

You will need to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. You will undergo an assessment on MS Office as part of the interview process.

Your role:Assist with collating information relating to bids/tenders and proposals.Understand the Practice strategy and have knowledge of where your admin role fits within the business plan.Assist in developing and updating admin/office systems to make them more efficient.Understand the importance of good project outcomes as well as financial success.

Understand and adhere to essential Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) and Quality requirements applicable to this level and able to assist with the preparation of any documentation required as part of this.You will provide general admin support to technical teams to assist them to effectively manage their projects.

Deadlines are ever changing and diary management is part of this role so you will need to be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook. Daily responsibilities can vary from scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes and arranging all the necessary conference room facilities.

You may be required to arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues at all levels. You will assist with the preparation/formatting of documents using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ensure filing and archiving systems are maintained.

iYou will be one of the first points of contact for telephone enquiries and there may be some requirement for providing reception cover.You will use your IT skills to raise purchase orders, process expense claims, complete timesheets and set up new project tasks on our in-house systems (Oracle), for which training will be given.

You may be required to set up wi-fi codes for visitors and to arrange meetings/communicate with colleagues using 'Microsoft Teams'.You may be involved with providing admin support to managers who are responsible for developing relationships with some of our key clients, using our in-house Client Relationship Management system (Pipeline), for which training will be given.

This may involve you assisting with the organisation of external events.The PersonPA/Team admin experience would be highly beneficialSupervising one team memberStay calm under pressure, have a positive attitude and willingness to get involved.

Plan and effectively prioritise your workload.Strong technical skills, Microsoft Office including Word/Excel and PowerPointExperience supporting a team is essentialAll round administrator who can manage their time effectively
