Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Facilities Management Projects team in London, Waterloo. The Projects team provides construction and building projects across various sites and sectors including healthcare, government and energy performance contracts.

As a Project Coordinator, your day to day duties will involve:Providing accurate financial quality management information reports on project progress, pipeline, variances to pipeline, PRs, POs, GRNs and PLQs. Lead with project team time recording. Keep internal Finance Database up to dateEnsure all Projects are invoiced to the client in a timely manner including liaison with Commercial team and chasing of client approvalsIssuing of Purchase Orders and associated PO process and payments in accordance with financial procedure, involving procurement and legal and Finance as appropriateResolve subcontractor payment queries on internal SAP system (Edifice) and process invoices as required.

Liaise with Finance department as requiredEnsure all Quote related paperwork is presented to the client accurately and filed and archived correctlyEnsure that project files (paper and electronic) are set up and maintained for all projects and works instructions on SharePoint/Project DatabaseEnsure all financial budgets are tracked for Projects and lifecycle works, cash flows maintained and programme alignedAssisting Procurement and Project Managers with contracts for sign-off, including liaison with other internal specialists Taking and preparing minutes of project meetingsThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:Previous experience in delivering high quality administrative or project co-ordination services within an FM, construction, consultancy or project management environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood organisational and financial tracking skillsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePointFamiliarity with Maximo and SAP systems is an advantageWhy Bouygues E&S Solutions?
