Due to growth, we are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to the team with a focus on providing an effective, efficient, '360 degree' permanent staffing solution to our extensive portfolio and network of clients.
Key duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Business development to include liaising with existing clients as well as having the ability to generate new business by way of cold calling, reference taking, lead generation techniques & client meetings and increasing awareness of the PPM Ltd brand.
Candidate generation by way of utilizing the in-house CMMS system, advertising, reference taking, social media marketing & meeting candidates in person to discuss requirements.
Sourcing a variety of technically qualified candidates in order to fill permanent vacancies to include mechanical & electrical building services engineering, facilities management & construction positions respectively.Placement of candidates in line with monthly financial & KPI targets.
Take an active role in the attendance of client meetings, functions & networking events as well as meeting prospective candidates in person to discuss, ascertain and understand respective client vacancy requirements.Candidate RequirementsIdeally you will possess current/previous Permanent Recruitment experience preferably within the M&E building services, Facilities Management, Engineering & Construction sectors;
however consideration will be given to alternative sectors & sales backgrounds.
Demonstrate the ability to generate new business by way of actively carrying out telesales campaigns, reference taking, candidate marketing calls & lead generation in line with KPI's across a varied client portfolio.
Demonstrate the ability to carry out sales and candidate management techniques in line with KPI's to include client meetings/sales visits, candidate meetings & administrative management functions.
