L&D Business Partner
H9 Human Resources are partnering with an exciting and rapidly expanding international business to recruit an L&D Business Partner for a new role partnering the company's Senior Leaders and support functions based in Manchester.This is a position for a candidate who is motivated to make a real impact on their business area and alongside partnering with key directors in the organisation.
The role reports to the People Director in a centralised Group Operations function.The successful candidate will be a creative, forward-thinking, hard-working individual and brimming with enthusiasm to make a positive difference.
Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days working from home per week, 3 days officeDutiesDelivery of essential process, systems and business relevant training across all operational teams - including time management, relationship management, communication and project planningOngoing design and delivery of the induction and onboarding programmeOngoing evaluation and assessment of training needs and addressing with a diverse portfolio of solutionsCourse and learner administration including the curation of online training contentUpkeep of regular and effective communication channels with key stakeholdersDesign and delivery of virtual web-based solutions and wider blended learning techniquesRunning of Coaching, Mentoring and Feedback sessionsLiaising with senior stakeholders to capture, consult and optimise operational processes and required competencies within each divisionAccurate logging of employee development, providing regular advice and substantial feedback to support talent pipelining and promotion decisionsCreate data led strategic objectives for learning programmes and interventions across all divisions About youPassionate about learning and development - latest innovations, technologies and trendsInfluential, strong stakeholder manager with a customer focusAble to identify and assess learning needs, designing the appropriate content and delivery modelExperience owning large, complex projects from end to endAble to navigate a global business - ideally with experience in a large companies' learning, talent development or HR functionQualification in Learning & Development (CIPD).
Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure, be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
Demonstrable experience of implementing new L&D initiatives within an organisation, with positive resultsSelf-starter with a strong record of working autonomously and creating new processes This is a permanent role, with a salary circa £45,000pa
