Product Manager – Remote – Up to £60k + Excellent Benefits My rapidly growing technology client are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a background of leading product teams to join their team. The role will be 100% remote based and will include a significant amount of people management as well as product management.
You will be overseeing the development and execution of the Product Management tech stack, including sourcing, implementation, and process integration of recommended software, The Product Manager will be working in an Agile environment providing product leadership to a cross-functional development team, driving the delivery of products that generate real value for customers.
You will work alongside the Head of Development to architect and implement effective, scalable product development processes for all development type projects. Knowledge/Skills/Experience:At least 5 years’ experience working within Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner or ManagerExperience of full lifecycle product developmentExperience in offering a strategic, creative, and people-centred approachDemonstrable practical experience of Agile development methodologiesSCRUM Certification beneficial (SCRUM Master or Agile Product Owner)A track record of people / team managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNHS or strong healthcare industry experience would be highly desirable This Product Manager role offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a well-established software company which has enjoyed continued growth year on year.
