Salary: up to �45,000 depending on experience
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to join an outstanding home care provider in Leeds. We are looking for a forward thinking and experienced Manager who will be involved in the growth of the company. The branch has an excellent local reputation and are passionate about providing high levels of care to all their service users
What skills and experience will you possess?
�You will be a strong people manager
�The ability to ensure that your staff team feel valued
�Confident delivering high standards of care in the community
�Have the ability to manage other members of your management team (deputy/coordinators)
�Ideally a background in elderly/dementia/palliative care
�2 years' experience working as a branch manager/care coordinator
�Level 5 in management (desirable)
�Drive with access to your own vehicle
Job Role:
�Oversee a staff team
�Ensure CQC compliance and standards are met
�Ensure the provision of appropriate levels of assistance at all times for all service users
�Ensure up-to-date and accurate records are kept on residents and service users
�Manage recruitment, training and induction for new starters
�Ensure performance in the areas of hour's growth, profitability, people-management and quality
�To ensure that all care is assessed, planned, allocated, delivered and evaluated in line with procedures
