Our client is looking for a BDM to cover the North of the UK.�
They are proud to be an established Fire & Security Company who provides fire protection, security, access control, CCTV and telecommunication Systems across a broad spectrum of industries and environments
Job Description
What you will be doing as a BDM:
- You will target the Fire & Electronic market segment, delivering best in class sustainable sales performance and long-term customer relationships via measurable satisfaction.
- Identify and champion project installation and service growth initiatives through new customers and sectors
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs, challenges and objectives as a trusted advisor in delivering tailored solutions
- Effectively communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations
- Contribute to the ongoing creation and further development of winning propositions
- Proactively work with other sales channels to maximize cross selling opportunities
- Take ownership of overall contract negotiations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrable experience as a successful BDM, delivering client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Experience of negotiating at Director level with multisite businesses
- The ability to prepare, area plan & structure/ conduct effective sales calls and meetings.
- Proven sales success evidenced with a robust track record of exemplary opportunity management processes through sales lifecycle, including but not limited to qualification and win planning resulting in high conversion
- Of the highest ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Strong understanding and knowledge of contractual agreements
- Proven ability to position solutions against competitors, driving differentiators and value-add for the customer
Salary and Benefits:
- �25,000 - �45,000 basic salary + OTE
